- The stand fee is € 250,- per square meter. In addition, every exhibitor will be charged € 50,- per square meter for booth walls, electricity and spotlights.
- Most units will be 3 x 3 m (9 square meters) and multiples thereof.
- Two exhibiting delegate registration is included in the stand fee.
- Booths will be sold on a first come – first served basis.

2. Inserts in the Congress bag, such as advertisements - luggage tags and other items: Euro 2000, -
3. Sponsoring AV equipment - Euro 2000, - per day
- Sponsors will be projected in all session rooms
4. Coffee Breaks - € 3000, - per day
- Sponsors will have their profile displayed with a sign, as well as the right to place small give-aways at the coffee table.
