Hotel Accommodation
A number of hotel rooms have been booked at special group rates, including breakfast and VAT. The rates of the Kempinski hotel are exclusive breakfast.
Housing requests are filled in order of receipt. Hotel availability cannot be guaranteed after May 15th.
Any requests for hotel accommodation must be accompanied by a credit card number in order to secure the room. This credit card will not be charged by the organizers but only serves as a reservation guarantee. Delegates will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the hotel.
In case of cancellation please contact Medicongress and not the hotel. All cancellation conditions are mentioned on the price list and reservation form. No exceptions will be made.
In case of no show the full stay will be charged on your Credit Card by the hotel.
A confirmation of the receipt of the booking will be sent directly when submitting your online hotel booking form. A final confirmation will be sent in a later stage.
