Sport is a complex phenomenon that incorporates most dimensions of human life. The complete study of human activity in most sports must build on diversity of scientific approaches. The 14th Annual Congressprogramme will feature theoretical, applied and cross disciplinary sport studies as well as research findings based on the natural, behavioural, social human scientific disciplines. Speaker Ready Room and Presentation Regulations - PowerPoint presentations are requested to be previewed and uploaded in the Speakers ready room, which is clearly indicated on the ground level of the conference centre.
- The presenting authors will be responsible to upload their presentations one half day before the session.
- All PowerPoint presentations will be preloaded on a PC in the presentation room.
- All presenters must be available in the respective presentation room 15 minutes before the session starts.
- The chair person introduces the speakers and keeps track of the exact time line (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion).
- If a presenter does not appear for his/her presentation, the following presentations will start as indicated in the programme. The chairs requested to remain in the session room until the session time line has expired. The chair is also requested to make sure all mobile phones are turned off.
- There is a Congress Staff Member assigned to each lecture room.
Poster Presentations (Spiseriet Møller and Spiseriet Henrik) - The Poster Sessions will be arranged daily between 14:15 and 15:15 (Wednesday between 13:00 and 14:00). The authors are requested to be available at their posters during the complete time slot. Chair persons will lead the debated Poster Session where each presenter is given 2 minutes for presentation followed by a short discussion.
- The maximum size for the poster is 90 cm (width) by 120 cm (height).
- The posterrooms will be open at 09:00 to 17:30. Posters should be put up between 08:00 and 09:00 the presentation day and taken down between 17:30 and 18:00. Please study the Poster Presenter's list in the programme and note down the number of your poster.
- The number of your poster will be given in the corner of the poster board reserved for you. Accessories and adhesive material will be available from the Congress Staff in the exhibition areas.
