To check for current exchange rate (approximately 10: 1), please click here: Currency Converter The congress centre has reserved rooms at a wide range of hotels. They are in or near the city centre (congress centre). Hotel prices range from € 95 to € 150 per night including breakfast and taxes.
We can also offer youth hostels in the city centre of Oslo and 4 kilometres outside the city centre.
Guests are advised to reserve hotel rooms well in advance, as bookings received after 22 May cannot be guaranteed.
Hotels will be fully-booked long in advance of the Congress, and we wish to do everything possible to accommodate your requests.
When making your hotel reservation we require payment of a hotel deposit for the first night in order to guarantee the room in case of late arrival. This will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out. If you do not check in on expected day of arrival, your hotel room will be cancelled the next morning no later than 07.00 hrs and the deposit will be used to cover this no-show.
Cancellation policy:
Hotel reservation may be cancelled until 22 May with a refund of payments less an administration fee of NOK 250. Cancellations received after 22 May will not be refunded.

Bogstad Camping is located 9 km from the city center of Oslo, and is easily reached by public transportation. It is a large camp site with all the necessary facilities. Located right next to the lake Bogstadvannet, where you can go for a swim or rent wind-surfing equipment. In the winter, you can go skiing in Tryvann Winter Park, or cross-country skiing around the camping. Ekeberg Camping spans 7 hectares (about 18 acres) can accommodate 700 units and has about one hundred electric outlets for caravans. The view from Ekeberg is worth a visit in its own right. From here you see the entire city, the fjord, and the surrounding hills. Ekeberg Camping has fully equipped sanitary facilities: showers with hot and cold water, toilets, kitchen, launderette, caravan toilet and showers/toilets for the disabled.
