Aerobic class, spinning class, strength-training class. All classes are run by top qualified instructors from NSSS.

The Powerbar Run

The Powerbar Run
The Powerbar Run will be a 5 km fun run around beautiful Sognsvann lake next to the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. You may run or walk – it’s up to you! There will be awards and surprises.
How to get there
Public transportation
Take subway number 3 (Sognsvann) from any down town stations going westbound to Sognsvann station. The ride takes about 20 minutes and leaves every 15 minutes. Cost 25 NOK. Taxi
Several people may share a taxi. The ride takes about 10 minutes. Cost approximately 200 NOK. |
