Registration Process (Virtual Registration Process)

Please follow these steps:

• Login to your ECSS account here
• Go to the tab marked myCongress
• Follow the prompts
• Pay your congress registration fee
• You will receive a proof of payment in the form of a receipt
• Please print out your receipt and store it in a safe place

Congratulations, you are now registered for the congress!

Registration Process (Students)

Only students that study full-time can register as a student. Please follow these steps:

• Login to your ECSS account here
• Go to the tab marked myCongress
• Follow the prompts
• Record your account number
• Pay your congress registration fee
• Send a copy of your international student ID to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. quoting your account number in the email
• You will receive proof of payment in the form of a receipt
• Please print out your receipt and store it in a safe place

Congratulations, you are now registered for the congress!

Please note the following:

• Registration will only be completed once you have paid the registration fee in full
• You may be able to register onsite
• If you are registering as a student, please note that we only accept the international student ID. You must provide a copy of your valid international student ID via email and only then can we finalise your registration. An international student ID is available for every student worldwide and it provides you with many discounts, such as on hostels, restaurants, museums, and much more. You can easily obtain your international student ID by visiting https://www.isic.org
